• Provided leadership to Production Support division comprised of 18 government employees and 18 active duty sailors, in processing requisitions through MSE/MRQT and receiving/distribution of material utilizing MSE/MAT and CTRA support for all COMPACFLT ships ensuring Stand Operating procedures are in place to ensure standardization of each section is performed on a daily basis. Along with ensuring each function is in compliance with FIAR and FMAA regulations.

• Established monthly goals and plans for professional and personal goals for 17 General Schedule employees such as improving customer reaction time, material decrease in back order status, improved readiness for COMPACFLT ship’s test equipment and required training to increase work efficiency.

• Review and submit Code 500 department data matrix, includes engineering support TSRAs, deliverables such as SRI, MAMs, Test Equipment, Technical Manuals and Training. Also included is the MACMO Long Lead Time Material status high and low risk, along with production support Intermediate level repair parts data. Brief monthly updates to Department Head and SWRMC Leadership (CO, XO, ED and DHs) regarding monthly accomplishments and challenges for the Industrial Support Department.

• Handpicked by Code 500 Department Head to inspect each division’s Fleet Maintenance Activity Assessment binders, reviewed each section of Engineering, MACMO, Water Front and Production support to ensure compliance with FMAA requirements are met in preparation for the upcoming FMAA inspection for the department.
