The work is easy, very experienced in the field, pays decent. But management is disrespectful. You’re never told anything till last moment. That’s the reason why I’m leaving. I have been a mode operator from the start. Was sick so I had to miss a day with a doctors note went in for my shift and they told me that I got moved to a different shift, in a different department they didn’t talk to me about it and that was the second time I was moved with out any notice.

Wasn’t payed enough and understaffed had to do multiple jobs at once. Some members of management was hard to get along with.

Like the work just wasn’t paid enough

Good, liked it a lot. It was hard work with a lot of moving, but the work environment made the work feel enjoyable. I had to quit at the time because my car broke down and it was an hour and a half drive each way.
