Resolve customer experience issues in CATV coax and fiber plant. I am very good at Tracking RF issues in the forward and return path as well as Fiber issues. I am also one of the few Technicians to work with the power company to track and identify RFI issues coming from poor connections on the utility poles. I am also proficient in using an OTDR to find faults in our Fiber system.

• Troubleshot and diagnosed faults with vehicle systems and components using OEM-specific code readers, diagnostic trees, and online knowledge bases.
• Inspected and tested vehicles and completed preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and filter replacement.
• Repaired and replaced worn and damaged components.
• Checked brake systems and determined need of pad replacement, disc turning or other maintenance requirements.
