● Supervised a staff of 10 that included purchasing, payroll, billing, accounts receivable, inventory, and other disciplines such as permitting and proposals

● Managed multijurisdictional matters relating to invoices, payroll, sales taxes, and other reporting, in 18 states on the Eastern Coast.
● Resolved vendor and customer questions and concerns. Handled invoicing, purchasing disputes and collections that had to be referred to legal counsel.
