● Performed a multitude of administrative roles during the company's growth. They included: inside sales, human resources, detailed bidding, and consulting counsel on legal matters.

● Prepared financial statements as well as many other analyses. Completed special projects as requested by management. Reported directly to the President/CFO.

● Supervised a staff of 10 that included purchasing, payroll, billing, accounts receivable, inventory, and other disciplines such as permitting and proposals

● Utilized a database (FileMaker Pro) to design custom solutions for employee records, detailed proposals, customer and vendor records, and detailed workorders.

● Managed multijurisdictional matters relating to invoices, payroll, sales taxes, and other reporting, in 18 states on the Eastern Coast.

● Resolved vendor and customer questions and concerns. Handled invoicing, purchasing disputes and collections that had to be referred to legal counsel.

● Facilitated the acquisition of commercial insurance that required unique coverage and special endorsement

● Completed journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis to prepare quarterly financial documents and general account management.

● Enhanced financial reporting accuracy by streamlining accounting processes and implementing internal controls.
