Worked closely with the campaign staff of congressional candidate Mondaire Jones in a highly competitive district (NY-17) during this paid internship. Analyzed voter data, researched issues of interest, and organized/participated in field work including canvassing and phone banking. References available.

Nominated for this national program on the basis of my work for the campaign of Mondaire Jones (NY-17). Attended virtual seminars in which various political figures including House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Secretary of the Department of the Interior Deb Haaland, and program founder/congressman Jamie Raskin (MD-8) gave lectures on pressing issues in domestic and international politics. Engaged in debates with other fellows and contributed to various projects throughout the program's duration.

Served 25+ regular clients with a four-season eco-friendly lawn and property maintenance business. Developed and sustained relationships with culturally and politically diverse local residents. Skills acquired: Scheduling, financial management, communications, and marketing. References available.

Secured a paid position at this family business, one of the oldest retail lumberyards in the U.S. (est. 1848) for my high school senior internship. Duties included processing and completing orders, customer interactions, and site maintenance.

Completed a research project on wildlife at Granite Mountain Preserve in NY. Analyzed 1,400 digital images captured by wildlife cameras and used image data to calculate wildlife populations to include in a report for the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.
