As a International Business Mentor I first listen to the problems, and challenges that people has then I guide them using a system I created called Problem Challenges monitoring) PCmentoring. Under this system PCmentoring I use the common sense approach first to see if a client can embrace a simple solutions. If so, problem fixed, however, if not then the implementation of PCmentoring comes into play.
This systems places before the client all the "outs" form the problem including a complete abandonment of the issue and redesign a new one.
Most common "out" are financial.
An individual has a great plan but lacks adequate funding. They initially attempt to proceed with the plan as designed only to find themselves twisting things as they go now because the error funding is forcing a "make due" which was not initially in the script. The first "out"would've for the individuals to (1) freeze operations until the funding is adequate or (2) revisit your initial plan and identify how, if at all you can make adjustment that will buy you time to secure more funding, and or adjust your funds to match your new plan.
