Coaching my son’s football team

I have been coaching my son's flag and tackle football for over 6 years and watching all the kids grow is very satisfying. I like being a positive influence and take pride in knowing that I played a part in the growth of the children. Years later the kids still know who I am and look up to me the same way. As with anything in my life, being a positive influence and helping people grow is my purpose.
