Protected customers’ baggage from loss, theft and damage by handling them properly. Loaded and offloaded luggage and cargo with the use of belt loaders. Marshalled and pushed back aircraft. Monitored the arrival, parking, refueling, loading and departure of aircraft. Worked as part of a flight team with other crew members. Hooked up PC air, ground power, filled potable water.
**After my 6 month probation period I was immediately accepted into the Ramp training program as a Trainer. I trained new hires as gate lead, assist, transfer driver and T-point. I was a classroom trainer teaching the proper way to fill out the CBLS, load schedule, reading load summary, speaking and interacting with the pilots. Driving school trainer teaching safety in and around the aircraft, driving the belt loader, Tug(with and without carts) and push back. Proper hand signals, marshaling and wing walking. Taught Push/Tow class teaching agents the proper and safe way to push out and tow in an aircraft.

**I was accepted into the Star Quest program just prior to my promotion as Station Administrator.
