As a member of the health and wellness team, I've contributed to developing 11 Walmart clinics nationwide. These clinics provide high-quality healthcare under the Walmart brand, balancing excellence with affordability. My responsibilities include:

• Identifying and resolving design challenges and technical issues encountered during both the design and construction phases. Modifying designs as necessary to accommodate changes in project scope, budget, or timeline
• Proficient in utilizing computer-aided design software and digital tools to create architectural design models and presentations while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Effectively conveying design ideas, concepts, and specifications to clients, team members, and others. Engaging in collaborative efforts with architects, electrical engineers, structural engineers, consultants, and other professionals to seamlessly integrate diverse design elements.
• Generating initial concepts and translating them into comprehensive architectural plans and drawings to meet client requirements.
• Reviewed shop drawings prepared by contractors for conformance with contract documents and generated complete drawing sets for permits and revisions.

• Employ Multitasking and time management skills to set priority; juggling the needs of multiple students, requests from prioritiesessors, and my academic studies-Master of Architecture.
• Acquire a wide range of Interpersonal skills and communications skills. It was essential to be patient and convey tasks clearly at a level students can easily understand.
• Gain experience in the teaching and managing studio in different phases such as conceptual and design, firing and glazing, etc...
• Documented and reported on student enrollment, grade, and attendance.

• Worked successfully the 3 bluebirds farm project with team members from other disciplines (Interior designer, Mechanical Eng. and Electrical Eng.) to accomplish goals and deliver project requirements to the client within a specific timeframe.
• Generate and Develop 3D conceptual designs supported by critical thinking and research.
• Employed knowledge and design skills in generating 3d site models for two design proposals.
• Practice and improve my knowledge while translating floor pans and site plan of A proton therapy center into friendly wayfinding plans for the patients as requested by the clients
• Compile and document the exterior and interior finishing of an ongoing project in CD phase.

• Implement critical and analytical thinking in designing/proposing a prototype based on a client brief supported by conceptual sketches, mock-ups, and a final model.Took part in the exhibition and adding details to the report (KLAF 2018 – FutureHousing )
• Employed knowledge and design skills in drafting and amending drawings such as base plans, sections, enlarged sections, rainwater pipe drawings (RWDP), other detailed drawings, authority submission, etc. (Niali Housing Development)
