• Supervised team of 40 staff members between white and blue collar staff.
• Achieved an efficient shuttling process between Manufacturing plant and main warehouse by implementing a new shuttle process using "low bed" vehicles to move already palletize product with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver to the company a new warehouse 100% standardized in Ecuador. Considered one of the best industrial infrastructures in the country. The warehouse got the IATF 16949 certification.

Ecuador is very informal market with low quality of transportation service providers (carriers). 

We implemented:

- A complete bid package to be use for new carrier selection, including quality and continues improvement requirements (with bones and penalty concept based on KPIs results).

- Training tool for eLearning of our main procedures in the company.

- Real development for the carriers, to achieve high standards results.

This nomination won the local ContiTireAward in Ecuador, and was finalist for the Americas ContiTireAward.
