• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately reducing the customers wait time.
• Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise and determine resolution or escalate further - communicate all issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.

• Ensure the product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and set on the sales floor.
• Lead inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for areas of the store.
• Read orders to obtain item numbers and located merchandise in bins or on shelves.
• Complete orders to verify attributes and quantities of merchandise.
• Organize product displays in retail stores according to company guidelines.
• Inspect merchandise for wear or defects, disposing of damaged items as instructed by supervisors.

• Receive and unloaded freight, unpack, process and have it Customer Ready.
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders from store inventory in a timely maner, follow quality standards, with a high fulfillment percent and sense of urgency.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockroom as well as providing general support to the store and set up special events, e.g.

• Greet customers to determine wants or needs.
• Help customers find specific products, answered questions, and offered product advice.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, exchange guidelines, payment policies and security practices.
• Foster great experience by engaging with guests, utilizing acquired skills, and training.
• Ticket, arranged and displayed merchandise to promote sales.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to team members.
• Train new team members in cash register operation, stock procedures, and customer services.
• Open and close cash registers by counting money, separating charge slips and balancing drawers.
