My mature mindset makes me a team focused, Career driven, over exceeding Superintendent with over 7 years of experience in Commercial Concrete; Expediting in the industry from the youthful age of 16. Since then my yearning and impulse to be challenged has aided my ability to gain opportunities in the field. I initiated working with -

low level labor; however my desire and dedication to learn and grow propelled me to become a carpenter in short order. Subsequent to my time as a carpenter, My appetite was not satisfied and I was presented with an opportunity to be able to study and read blueprints to a erect Tilt Wall Warehouses: marking the tilt wall panels, give layout and shoot elevation for large scale warehouse parking lots. Eventually I was promoted to lead man of a crew. After my time of being a foreman/Leadman, later i was promoted to superintendent after my higher ups noticed  i was ready for the challenge. My Knowledge of the work, great communication skills, coordinating and scheduling is what propelled me forward in my career as a superintendent.  I use my youthful energy to produce competence, despite my age I strongly believe that my seasoned experience and flexibility for problem solving makes me a strong candidate for your company.
