Work History

Senior Pipe Technician

The Mosaic Company
Bartow, FL
03.2022 - 01.2025
  • I supervised and managed a crew of 4 in the HDPE extrusion industry. I was in charge of all safety aspects from Confined space, safe work, hot work, and many more permits required for a specific job for a given contractor. I was also in charge of handling bulk resin and carbon materials, loading of pipe shipments for mine site deliveries, pipe inventory, and proper documentation and storage of any and most paperwork in use at our facility. I also ensure that the product we are producing is within the specifications for the size of pipe being produced. I made pipe from 2"IPS up to 53"DIPS. I would make the proper adjustments to keep the product in specification, adjust the material ratios of carbon material and natural resin. I also helped create many of the S.O.P.s and L.O.T.O. procedures during my employment with the company as our manufacturing process was unique to the Mining company. I utilized mostly telehandlers for any given job but I was also trained in heavy equipment operations such as front end loaders and excavators to move pipe and equipment around our facility.

  • Troubleshot pipeline issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
