• Use all-source intelligence (including alert feeds, traditional and social media, and Visual Command Center) to monitor for security incidents and trends within the client’s areas of operation and locations and determine the likely impact on staff, assets, operations, and events.
• Escalate security incidents to client stakeholders.
• Produce intelligence products such as assessments and SITREPS for potential threats and risks.
• Monitor persons of interest (POIs), developing an assessment of their intent, capability, and tactics.
• Display creative thinking and consulting skills to deliver a continually improving service for the client.
• Writing and distributing notifications of daily and weekly products.
• Assisting in managing incidents and emergencies for Intuit employees throughout the U.S.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies (e.g., law enforcement, and fire departments) as necessary.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with security personnel, management, and relevant internal stakeholders.

Prepare detailed incident reports and summaries.
• Responsible for answering routine and emergency calls, monitoring alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms, and providing general assistance to employees.
• Dispatched security officers, ERT, facilities, police, and fire and EMS personnel as required via telephone and/or radio.

• Informed the Shift Supervisor of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, Lenel alarms, Milestone, or other systems.
• Monitored and responded to all security and safety system alarms through Lenel systems.
• Answered and responded to events and situations received over regular and emergency phones and intercoms. Controlled and monitored the two-way communication systems.
