  • Literally started and built Vertex as an in-house surveying and geotechnical company from scratch with the goal of supporting the needs of its parent company, Vista Land.
  • Hired and managed, mostly civil and geodetic engineers, with some even geologists and geotechnical engineers. All while training staff and support crews on best practices and protocols on the trade of surveys and geotechnical studies.
  • Streamlined the internal processes of Vertex which increased productivity and even surpassing the competencies and capabilities of other similar third party companies providing the same services to Vista Land.
  • Continuously worked on improvement and expansion of services through research and collaboration with the scientific and academic community, as well as with government partners especially with the DENR.
  • Led the research & acquisition of advanced technologies & equipment, i.e. GIS, advanced drone tech, advance soil sampling and testing, for the accuracy and precision of output data which increased customer satisfaction while balancing cost efficiency and revenue.
