Partnership Management:
• Liaise with Regional Supervisor to oversee all current partner relationships to maximize productivity
• Liaise with partner locations to maintain effective business relationships and create mutually beneficial schedules
• Oversee class administration for all AS classes: class creation, adjustments and edits, maintenance of class lists
• Assistance with administration and oversight of Open, PVT and Camp programming
• Communicate coaching needs for all after-school classes to staffing team
• Communicate all class details to coaches, directors and families (as needed) for AS programming, including first class details, mid-season changes, and check-ins
• Liaise with parents, caregivers and directors to receive feedback on coaching performance and the program
• Maintain positive relationship with other departments while communicating child and class updates and offering administrative support
Administrative Duties:
● Offer support to the management team, as needed
● Assist with A/R as needed
● Increase awareness of Super Soccer Stars and Kick & Play brands
Customer Service:
● Maintain flawless communication with customers, locations and prospective customers
● Execute child administration when needed: class enrollment, transfer and withdrawal; attendance record maintenance; and documentation of client information
● Handle escalated CS issues with management swiftly within Super Soccer Stars standards and to maximum customer service satisfaction
