  • Similarity-Based Collaborative Filtering: Extracted top similar users, excluding the original user, and identified products they interacted with but not the actual user, providing a list of the top 10 recommended products based on user similarities., Rank-based approach: Utilized average and total ratings to create a data frame, sorting by average rating to recommend the top 5 products. A function extracts products meeting minimum interaction criteria (20 or 50), targeting new customers with popular items., Model-Based Collaborative Filtering: Implemented personalized recommendations using a compressed sparse row (CSR) matrix for efficient storage and computation. Utilized singular value decomposition (SVD) with 50 latent features to reduce the dimensionality of the product ratings matrix, predicting user ratings through matrix multiplication. in resulting data frame containing predicted rating for each user on original product with top 5 personalized product recommendations.
