Consult with my clients at a technical and business level.
Evaluate infrastructure identifying cost savings opportunities by in sourcing or process improvement.
Create business plan - make investments - NPI - train - production. The philosophy is not only to evaluate but to prove out calculated cost savings leaving the customer with a new or optimized infrastructure, process and work force.
Examples YTD: Developed 60+ robotic programs for a casting facility removing gating when the machine manufacture was unsuccessful delivering the first couple programs. Created new EDM and CNC infrastructure for IGT components. Optimized metal finishing of IGT components by adding a Finishing robot. Collectively the client has had 3.5M in savings over a 3 year period which includes the time from inception to handover.
