To assist the Pastor in every area of Ministry. Whether it be teaching, or meetings in the Pastors absence. Pastoral care, counseling, leading and guiding the members and leaders in Pastors absence.

I assisted the Pastor in all areas in ministry. Attended meetings, full filled preaching assignments, Pastorial care, Counseling, ect. In the Pastors absence. Also, had to lead and give members and , leaders guidance in the absence of the Pastor

I had to fill in for the Pastor in his absence for Pastorial Care, Preaching, teaching, counseling, leading and guiding members and the leadership in the Pastors absence. Also help plan, and create Ministries with in the church. I had to monitor all Ministries to make sure they were meeting their goals
