• Measure lots for builders needing private fences in new subdivisions, input information in tablet, create invoice and schedule installation for specific date that is requested. Follow up with installation making sure it's complete. Any repairs if needed after installation, it is builder rep's responsibility to take care of himself or schedule repair with installers. Maintaining good communication with supers, builders and installers.

Inspect areas that were getting ready with installation of both wall and floors, keeping in contact with both Supers and installers making sure there were no issues before installation of wall and floor, follow up with completion of installation I had good a communication with Supers, installers and customer service.
