Over 27 years of experience in pressure testing and over 18 years in management. Supervises and coordinates activities for (6) test lab technicians performing chemical and physical analysis and tests required for development, or quality control of processes or products. Responsible for training lab personnel in the performance of their job duties, safe work habits, and repair of standard lab equipment. Compiles, analyzes, and interprets results. May investigate complaints on existing products. May handle special projects, as assigned. Plans and Maintains budget. Evaluates documents and reports on product performance in test environment. Evaluates personnel for promotions and raises. Initiates PO’s & AFE’s. Assists in test lab improvements. Leads team safety discussions and adhere to all safety guidelines.
