  • Managing customer relationships to ensure continued support and business with existing and new customers
  • Key account management of a regional independent customer with 8 branches – Lanwood Megasave. Managed to grow the account by over 200% in one year.
  • Assisted with Gain Cash n carry weekly updates on stocking gaps for the whole group by branch
  • Meeting targeted volumes by customer by category across the NFL FMCG grocery lines through tracking weekly targeted volumes versus actual
  • Circulating consolidated monthly sales reports across all regions showing performance and key internal and external issues affecting volume and revenue performance and recommendations
