· Coordinating annual audits: Coordinating and completing annual audits

· Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers

· Overseeing daily activities of accounting department include month‑end, and year‑end reports

· Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP,IFRS and current financial legislation.

· Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.

· Maintaining financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.

· Manage accounting team (6 accountants) and coordinating with Sales, operation team in Dubai ,KSA ,Egypt , Europe,

· Monitor day-to-day financial operations within company (payroll, invoicing ,bank reconciliation, and other transactions)

· Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

Support project analysis,

· Manage company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems (coordinate with Collection team to collect 25% of bad debt )

· Supervise documentation of company's financial status and forecasts.

· Create strategic business plans based on analysis of company's status and financial forecasts.

· Conducting credit checks on new and potential customers. Implementing debt collection policies and regulations of company. Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection with data base include 400 customers include Key account and retail allowing sales staff to increase revenue by 25% and collection by 15%

· Monitoring invoicing and money collection processes Ensuring timely collection of payments.

· Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections

· Remaining informed of any legislative procedural training regarding debt collection.

· Lead adaptation of new ERP system SAP and work parallel with ORACLE
