• Coordinating annual audits: Coordinating and completing annual audits
• Assigning projects and directing staff: Ensuring compliance and accuracy, and assigning projects and directing staff
• overseeing the work of accountants, reviewing financial statements
• Review Form 1040,Schedule A,C for the clients and assisting tax department in preparation .

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team
• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
• Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers
• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects,month‑end, and year‑end reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP,IFRS and current financial legislation.
• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests

• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.

Conducting credit checks on new and potential customers. Implementing debt collection policies and regulations of the company. Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection.

Monitoring the invoicing and money collection processes Ensuring the timely collection of payments.

Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections
