Using a suite of Army transportation and freight management programs, such as the Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS), I expertly direct the redistribution of assets within the United States Army. I oversee comprehensive administrative and operational aspects of government-owned cargo movement across multiple transportation modes, both domestically and internationally. I demonstrate exceptional proficiency in consolidating and organizing transportation data from diverse platforms, ensuring meticulous and up-to-date records. I am responsible for delivering accurate and timely reports, monitoring funding allocations, tracking performance periods, and making strategic determinations to ensure strict adherence to Department of Defense shipment guidelines.

Created and managed comprehensive sustainability and logistics reports for presentations, maintained meticulous file organization, and delivered informative briefings on logistics support functions. Closely monitored and tracked material movements, ensuring thorough documentation before transferring property to receiving Army units. Through strategic logistics initiatives, I built and nurtured strong relationships with key Army leaders, efficiently logging, processing, and following up on merchandise authorization shipments using advanced database systems. I conducted in-depth analyses of unit orders and available personnel to strategically plan and execute operations, ensuring they aligned with client expectations. I played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution and continuous enhancement of standard logistics processes, which included electronic data system administration and related functions.

I played a pivotal role in providing technical expertise for management programs related to logistics readiness, which included overseeing the United States Army maintenance program. I provided the Army Reserve Maintenance Division Staff with Integrated Logistics Support and formulated the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Operational Funding (OP-29). I carried out studies and analyses on logistical support, which had a significant impact on military equipment engineering, sustainment, and technology upgrades. I worked closely with government entities to establish a smooth process that included the creation of purchase orders, the delivery of assets, and the disposal of end-of-life assets. Meticulously tracked and maintained an accurate inventory of assets throughout their life cycle. I provided leadership and mentorship to newly hired team members, imparting knowledge of various company programs and reinforcing organizational integrity through the development of robust systems for records, reports, and agendas.

I provided essential support to the United States Army by managing properties and executing routine logistics functions. I provided logistical support to the Property Book Officer and unit commanders of the United States Army. This included conducting monthly inventories, managing requests, receipts, disposals, storing, issuing, and accounting for individual, organizational, and installation expendable supplies and equipment, all while adhering strictly to U.S. Army property accountability policies and regulations. While overseeing the asset database, I closely collaborated with government counterparts to ensure policy compliance and effective asset maintenance. I was responsible for maintaining meticulous, accurate, and compliant records, which ensured readiness for both internal and regulatory audits.
