• Since April 15, 2020, I have been serving as the Senior Scrum Master for two digital products—Manufacturing Analytics & Insights and Machine Learning Operations—within an enterprise data organization. In this role, I coach teams working on data and analytics products in Scrum values, Agile practices, Smart Connected Factory initiatives, and Digital Thread capabilities across functions such as Order Fulfillment, Supply Management, and Material Flow. I focus on enabling both the team and stakeholders through servant leadership and continuous improvement.
• As an individual contributor, I guide the team in incident management and core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily scrums, and overall sprint execution. I help the team maintain focus on a single sprint goal, remove impediments, and identify ways to achieve the desired outcomes. I also lead Scrum‑of‑Scrum activities such as MetaScrum and Lean Sprint Reviews with leadership.
• I closely track and monitor key performance metrics to improve team performance, quality, and engagement while collaborating with the Product Manager for feedback and refinement sessions. On a biweekly basis, I report metrics such as application availability (99.87%), user satisfaction (75%), mean time to resolution for P1 incidents (under 30 minutes), number of functions released, and a Net Promoter Score above 80%.
• Additionally, I apply data science techniques to analyze Level 1 and Level 2 operational metrics, evaluating patterns in lead time and cycle time and assessing their impact on team velocity and customer satisfaction. I also provide coaching to product teams on major technology decisions, including platform upgrades and hosting strategies, such as the migration of PDX to PAG landscapes.

• Conduct inspections and assessments of complex, large‑scale engineering works and installations to evaluate quality, structural integrity, and regulatory compliance; define corrective and remedial actions to meet standards.
• Design engineering solutions aligned with functional, performance, aesthetic, cost, and regulatory requirements; develop and execute validation processes to ensure successful realization.
