Helped manage and run the store with minimal staff (2-3 people). Handled opening/closing shift duties (prepping, cleaning, etc.). Could efficiently handle rushes when working whole shifts by myself due to staff shortage. Help prioritize what food needs to be prepped for the day in BOH. Could make orders quickly, accurately and efficiently.
