Assist Area Managers to ensure a successful shift

Lead a team of 50+ Associates

Monitor and manage quality and productivity metrics for the shift as well as for other shifts

Provided coaching for associates when and where needed to remove barriers that are preventing associates from meeting the goal expectations

Perform audits throughout the night to find trends to improve shift metrics and associate performance these include

• Network standard water spider audits
• Network standard Stow pro performance audits
• Multiple event and bin etiquette audits

Address associate concerns and answer questions

Find ways to increase productivity while maintaining safety and quality

Assist with staffing and consolidation depending on business need

Enter quality metrics/data and email out quality wash at the end of every shift

Provide detailed bridge(s) when metric expectations for the shift are not met

• Main point of contact for Inbound and the learning department
• Manage and guide groups of up to 40+ new hires and teams of up to 6 ambassadors
• Coach learning ambassadors to provide the best experience possible for associates learning their new role
• Work with the learning department to address and remove any barriers new hires or ambassadors may be having
• Monitor new hire productivity and quality metrics, pass this information along to the new hire's ambassador(s) to assist in teaching and removal of barriers
• Provide feedback for learning on standard work practices and associate/ambassador needs to make necessary changes to the onboarding/training process
• Department has seen increase in associate metrics and ambassador reliability since being implemented as POC for the department
• Developed strong organizational and communication skills through coursework and volunteer activities.
