• Operate the bin truck and/or yard mule equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Delivers/picks up bins, van, bulk trailers, tanker trucks, and other equipment that must be driven throughout the facility.
• Load and off-load bins in a safe manner at either Landfill locations, Container Cleaning or Mix Building locations, and at the former CET location as directed by supervision.
• Perform additional groundwork duties to support Rail/Gondola movement and loading operations. Duties include but are not limited to, tarping, un-tarping, gondola inner liner preparation ie:(burrito bag), rail flagging, switching and gondola hookup/disconnect, shipping admin ie:(manifest paperwork), gondola inspections, weight scale operations, bin material solidifications, transfers and the tracking there of that material.

Perform grappler operations, involving material transfers, in height and width restricted areas.

Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner, while avoiding spills and maintain regulatory compliance.

Use proper judgment in lifting, transporting, manipulation of boom angle, and positioning of loaded bucket, shovel and/or grappler as to the rate of lift, travel, and placemen during Mix Building Operations.

Perform spill cleanup and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Optimize production rates within permitted limits and conditions.
• Perform equipment inspections, minor repairs, and maintenance as required.
• Must be physically capable of climbing vertical ladders and into/out of equipment cabs.
• Must be respirator certified and have the necessary HAZWOPER training.
• Safely operate a forklift truck as needed.
• Use discharge sheets and waste safety sheets.

• Monitor and control S&E equipment/instrumentation, making adjustments as needed;
• Takes equipment/process readings, maintains logs, prepares reports;
• Monitors leachate system, utilize hand tools and perform minor maintenance at discretion of Landfill Supervisor;
• Instructs/directs Utility persons and HEOs as needed;
• Performs housekeeping inside and outside the S&E Building, as well manual tasks such as cleaning up spills when necessary while taking all safety precautions to prevent accident or injury

• Unload rail cars and trailer tankers into designated storage tanks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Properly utilize pressurizing and depressurizing procedures on tankers and rail cars.
• Take samples of incoming loads and conduct blending operations.
• Monitor controls and equipment, adjusting as necessary; Monitor carbon absorption and vent systems.
• Take equipment/process readings, maintain logs, prepare necessary paperwork.
• Enter data using electronic scanning tools and WIN-WEB.; Perform trailer washout and rinse out procedures.
• Operate a forklift truck, and a vacuum truck/trailer.
• Use hand tools to open/close trailer domes and as directed by supervision, Review waste safety data sheets before processing load.
• Perform manual tasks such as spill clean up while taking the necessary precautions to prevent injury.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any defects, while insuring railcars and tanker trailers are properly secured and placarded before discharge;
