Moved to Idaho in 2002 for the healthy mountain lifestyle
Continued to cook & worked as a personal chef, these jobs have then morphed into Caretaking positions.
Also have spend time in Palo Alto, MIami, cooking for clients, but the Mainstay has been Sun Valley Idaho.
Experience with High profile clients, Celebrities etc.
Mainly worked in the 2000's in various positions at Corporate events as an on-call contractor all over the US including the Sundance Film Festival (13 times)
and many events at Pebble Beach
I have also done cooking classes, demonstrations & private dinners at Events including Pebble Beach, Sundance Film Festival & Teton Springs.
I still do an occasional Event for TMN Events to present day.

at Wyoming's only 4 star Restaurant (at that time) and Hotel.
