Moved to Idaho in 2002 for the healthy mountain lifestyle

Continued to cook & worked as a personal chef, these jobs have then morphed into Caretaking positions.

Also have spend time in Palo Alto, MIami, cooking for clients, but the Mainstay has been Sun Valley Idaho.

Mainly worked in the 2000's in various positions at Corporate events as an on-call contractor all over the US including the Sundance Film Festival (13 times)

and many events at Pebble Beach

I have also done cooking classes, demonstrations & private dinners at Events including Pebble Beach, Sundance Film Festival & Teton Springs.

I still do an occasional Event for TMN Events to present day.

  • Near Daily walk-through/ visual inspection of the home/ mech areas.
  • Walking the Property regularly, visual inspection of the exterior, trees, landscaping etc
  • Regular exterior cleaning of the home, decks, outdoor furniture and all in between to produce an immaculate appearance.

  • Keeping the inside immaculate ( with housekeeper) cleaning of high light fixtures, fireplaces, detail cleaning and organizing at every chance.
  • All high cleaning that requires a ladder.

  • Snow removal, shoveling, snowblower operation.

  • Set up and maintain 36 X 64 ice skating rink
  • prep and oil all teak furniture (appx 35 pc.) yearly in order to maintain it's beauty.

  • Having prepped ready to eat Seasonal healthy fresh food in the refrigerator.
  • "Family style" Family dinners for 8 to 10 on regulars basis during holiday's & summer months.
  • Cooking/ table set up & serving for dinner parties for up to 10 (if more than 10 , I hire help)
  • Holiday cooking for large parties with additional staff.
  • Cooking and coordination of house functions, entertaining as needed.
  • Perform some of the above duties at their "older" Sun Valley house when additional family or guests are in town.
