I was mentored and trained to be a location manager by Paul Dow Newcomb who retired from Ag Valley Coop after 50 years of service. He taught me cost effective ordering,inventory control,gross product margin's,scheduling,how to assist difficult customers. I was also safety lead for location for 7 years,also some OSHA training. i was also responsible for location inventory. I have also been involved with interviewing new applicants
