• Assisted small business owners in the selection of equipment and products to meet their business needs.

• Mobilized to active duty in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Assigned to the Ramstein Aeromedical Evacuation Center as an operations Sgt. dispatching ambulance transports to the several military hospitals in southern Germany. Among other duties, I would direct and assist litter teams in the loading of sick and injured troops flown out of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait onto ambulances, busses, and helicopters.

• Maintained and repaired Vinson series radio communication systems at the unit level for daily use and for extensive field exercises at armored training grounds in southern Germany.
