With a crew of 11,We inspected the pile embedment,level,twist tolerance,inspect DC wires and MV trench for depth,width,height and debris,cable spacing,pv modules orientation,string harness,combiner boxes,power inverters,using manufacture and client checklist and specs,used timestamp photos and documentation for Q-Cells files,
Making sure all employees,sub-contractors are following client safety procedures,Monitor productivity and schedules,check accuracy of contractors installation and make sure it was done to Specs,Maintain communication between contractors,supervisors and other trades,Make sure electrical equipment was installed according to NEC code,Blueprints were used to keep track of changes and keep track of as-builts,Made sure electrical work was done in a timely manner.Oversee cab installs were installed and transition racks and made sure MV trench was to specification.

Crews made trenches to install DC Cable,piles were already installed,after trench inspections,DC Cables were pulled in and spacing was checked according to specifications,After backfilling and tamped,compactin test was performed to specs.Transition racks were custombuilt due to piles being installed to early,DC Cable was rolled out to inverters and megged tested and terminated.
Service calls for clients instrumentation and Electrical,repair as needed,clients were Howards pipeline,Lucid cryogenic plant,we built and installed PLC cabinets with solar battery backup.
Oversee Electrical and instrumentation at new construction for Tank and Battery,installed conduit and instrument supports pulled in various size wires,grounding to client specs and blueprints,installed PLC cabinets,terminated all,assist in commissioning and startup as well as maintenance and service calls.
After civil tied all rebar in place for wind tower foundation,checked conduit and Grounding installations according to blueprints,once foundation was poured and set up,we pulled in MV Cables into turbine vault and to j-boxes,did a outer jacket integrity test with megger,identified all the phases,Overseen MV Terminations,Splice Terminations,MV Riser Terminations at the Substation,assisted with high voltage test from j-box points to j-box points.
Helped with Temporary power installations,maintenance. Did Electrical takeoffs using engineering blueprints,moved over to the instrument warehouse,where calibrations were performed on all instruments and inventory was provided to construction for installation
Provided team with daily tasks,using P&ID details and Blueprints.Documented time production, Did materials and instrument takeoffs, ensured client safety policies were followed at all times.Inspected all installations.
