• Oversaw billing and scheduling processes to optimize weekly calendar time slots and maintain clinic productivity and flow.

6 week clinical rotation, Outpatient

• Demonstrated proficiency in manual such as soft tissue mobilizations, joint mobilizations, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilizations, and stretching techniques under supervising Therapist.
• Collaborated with supervising Therapist for the plan of care for patients, and delegated therapeutic exercise programs to Physical Therapy Aides.
• Performed chart reviews and documented daily notes in an efficient and timely manner.

6 week clinical rotation, Acute/Rehab

• Instructed patients on proper mechanics for bed mobility, transfers, and functional training.
• Guided patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions therapeutic exercise and activities under supervising Therapist.
• Communicated with multidisciplinary healthcare teams (OT, SLP, Nursing) to strategize and provide high quality and effective care for patients.
