I started working in the kitchen as a pantry line cook and continued growing my skills
Three months in, I advanced to grill cook where I learned to operate and safely maneuver around ovens and flattops
Six months later, I moved up to Sauté Line Cook, where I learned more skills and how the kitchen positions all have to work together to create good food and a safe environment
Shortly after I effectively worked my way around the line I wanted to get more involved with all the aspects of the kitchen so i took Many prep shifts to better my skills which i also caught on to fairly easily
Throughout my time in the kitchen we would have special events for customers labeled "wine dinners " Which is a fine dining ran event we would have every month for high paying customers this taught me fine dining dishes and discipline and the overall high precision and attention to detail environment .
