- I started as the dish tanker, cleaning all dishes and cookware in restaurant, cleaned my area, distributed all dishes and cookware to correct spots. I then moved to salad prep/maker, I prepared all salads and desserts that came through the restaurant and cleaned my area. Next, I was promoted to expo, where I plated and prepared all food that went to the guests, adding sauces and accessories making it presebtable and appealing for our guests, ckeaned my area and shut down the alley. My final title was fry cook. I stocked, prepared, plared all fried foods foe bith in house guestd and to go guests. I was also in charge of crab pots, sauces and sautee, i filtered the fryers nightly, deck scrub and squeegy the floors, and clean my area.
