Case-manage Special Education students attending the Alternative Learning Centers (ALC) as well as providing the needed Special Education services listed in student's Individual Education Plans (IEP).

• Maintained accurate records of student progress attendance, and behavior to facilitate ongoing communication with parents about their child''s educational journey.

We use daily point sheets to track all behaviors and School-Wide Information System SWIS, a web based decision making system that allows for entry of behavior and discipline referrals.

• Instructor; track data, worked with BCBA-Board Certified Behavior Analysis, behavior plans, contracts, and social skills. PL in behavior programming.
• Assessed student performance regularly using various evaluation tools, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• SPED instruction in Reading/writing, math, science, social skills.

• Case managed students, wrote IEP, BIP/PBSP, evaluation assessments, report writing, data tracking, electronic tracking, certified in LSCI, Learn teamwork with behavior planning, communications with all RAED schools, many curriculum areas of instruction and planning; life skills instruction with U of M and local Vocation Rehabilitation Services (VRS).

• 7-12th grade Resource Room classes in math, English, Econ, life skills math, Mythology, Physical Science, Business math, and SPED Academic Support for general education classes. I worked with 9-12th grade transition planning, giving formal and informal transition assessing, and careers using Minnesota Career Information System (MCIS), ISeek or other career inventories. Case Managed students, wrote IEPs, BIP/PBSPs, conducted educational evaluations/reevaluations (ER) assessing, scoring and writing reports. I planned all curriculums for all Resource classes and assist students who have outside agency management, as well as Vocational Rehab, supported work environments, Work Force Center and college disability centers; took students on college visits including Alexandria Technical College, Central Lakes College- Brainerd/Staples sites, MSState Wadena.

• Researched latest teaching techniques and incorporated into lesson delivery to improve concept acquisition.

• Substitute teacher:
• Followed classroom plans left by class teacher to continue student education and reinforce core concepts.
• Improved classroom management by assisting teachers with behavioral interventions and monitoring student progress.
• Library/Media personal: instructs computer skills, H.S. research process, logged periodicals. Developing and managing library media resources, fostering a love of reading and learning among students, Accelerated Reading-AR, AR store and other incentives. Integrating technology into the library and assisted with technology in classrooms.
