  • Contact and schedule witnesses to testify under oath at court hearings.
  • Manage and Update Trial Calendar on all Trials and Hearings for entire Unit.
  • Produce legal documents such as briefs, pleading records, appeals, case files, and various required time sensitive legal requests.
  • Communicate pertinent information to clients via phone, email and mail.
  • Produce Document review requests utilizing research tools such as PACER, LEXIS NEXIS, OASIS, CITRIX, CACS, to discover and inspect records for Trial Preparations.
  • Upload legal data into LAWMANAGER and FILESITE for review and pre-processing.
  • Set up courier services for Trial room material deliveries, Various client case file pick up and drop off.

  • Create notifications utilizing NYPD's CACS (Court Appearance Control System)to communicate with New York City Police Officers to appear for their representation interview with corresponding Attorney Data entry utilizing Law Manager software daily to update latest information on every case Assist with multiple units such as CDU and Insurance when necessary to allow for successful work flow in absence of my fellow colleagues Mail out redwells, to appropriate boroughs when 50H stipulation is on hold for incarcerated plaintiffs to allow appropriate and timely response when plaintiff is released.
  • Create ERN's when named employee is present in summons and complaints with incarcerated plaintiff, and e-mail to appropriate Liaison or agency responsible for legal documents of City employees.
  • Fax, scan and copy documents daily as needed.
