North America Startup Ecosystem Program Management
- Designed and implemented programming for inaugural cohort of US Founder's Academy, resulted in 46 Black and LatinX founders receiving training sessions on hiring, leadership, and VC.
- Proposed and led the Giving Black Initiative, a pitch competition to distribute $300K of the team's discretionary budget to Black startup communities. Resulted in the creation of an evaluation criteria which can be applied to any DE&I funding initiative (examines funding on the merits of execution, feasibility, impact, and reach annually).
Strategic Development & Operational Execution
- Allocated and managed a $30M budget globally for a team of 38 people spread across 9 countries.
- Conducted forensic reviews of budget and various analyses for senior stakeholders as part of Annual Planning efforts by building frameworks for determining optimal allocations based on historical spend and aligning with overall strategy.
- Designed, built, and managed GFS Finance PLX dashboard allowing team to track budget in real time. Resulted in 100% budget committed QoQ from Q2 ‘19 to Q1 ‘21.
- Created finance best practices and legal compliance resources (15 documents) now available as part of gfshelpcenter; a self-serve and search driven repository.
- Crafted strategy around hiring for temps and contractors and policy and resources built ensured consistent roles and onboarding processes across all markets.

- Designed Growth Offering for Capital G as part of Alphabet's broader racial equity commitments aimed at solving strategic and operational challenges for Black-led VCs' portfolio companies across go-to-market, product, and network.
- Structured partnerships with Cloud, Google for Startups, and Partnership Solutions team to scale offering.
