Check all incoming packages, check for any damages, verify count with paperwork. Find where packages go to and deliver.

Look for location of crates or materials. Fill all recs that foremans ask for.

Keep all areas clean.

Locate all iron and flag. Talk with forklift driver and move iron to bunker bays. Gather all hardware needed.

Recieve all incoming packages.

Load or unload trucks. Check all incoming materials for damages and verify count with paperwork.

Wrap pallets attach correct paperwork, add stickers and counts on pallets.

• Open any crates or pallets, separate and put them on dunage
• Keep areas and walkways clear of debris
• In September they moved us around to different yard and I stayed in Laydown 3 but was moved into the office
• There I kept up with all paperwork of materials coming in and going out
• Also material being transferred from one location to the other
• Enter all data from materials, keep logs on incoming and outgoing material
• Answer phone calls, send emails
• Do daily truck logs
• Give vendors their proper paperwork
• Keep office clean and organized.

• Started as a Flagger, Spotter and Firewatch when project first started
• In October of 2021 I was transferred to the laydown yard to be the expeditor for iron department
• Communicate with Crane and rigging to help get a plan set up to load iron
• Get bolts, stairs, ladders, grating, handrails and toe plates all delivered to crews.

• Unload trucks and put boxes in designated carts according to the number on the boxes
• When finished take carts to floor to set them in the aisles they belong too
• Start opening boxes and stock all shelves.

• Fill out JSA daily revise thru out the day if job situation changed
• Check fluids in the machinery daily, blow out filters as needed.

• I had all the fire watches and laborers
• Would get with the other foreman and see how many people they would need
• Keep up with time sheets, do all the JSA, deliver ice and water through the unit
• Make sure the unit was cleaned daily.
