  • Daily delegating partners to positions on the floor that would optimize customer service (speed and accuracy) and customer connections while making sure that the partner experience on the floor in their role is as valued as the customer experience
  • Making sure that each partner feels heard and seen on every shift by checking in with them on arrival and making sure that they feel comfortable with the position I wanted them to be in (If they don’t, then rearranging the play to make sure that everyone is comfortable in the position that they are assigned)
  • Overseeing how the play is going by observing the interactions between the customers and the partners and observing the partners to see how I can support them to do the best job they can in the role they are in for the day
  • Responsible for everyone's breaks and lunches and making sure that there is coverage for their position when they leave to go on break
