Working on residential homes, to multi-family housing and commercial upfits, I have learned organization, planning and team building make a successful project.

Along with my consturctuion background, I have great experience in the maintenance and tech fields.  Bottom line, I am a problem solver. I have experience with all levels of technology, tools and computer programing. My biggest strength is a large aptitude for problem solving by reading and understaing the mechanics of my project paired with a  relentless effort to correct the problem using the correct tools, research and team.

Diagnosing machine malfunctions and the assembly of all types of equipment is my forte. Having owned my own construction business and fabrication shop, I have worked with all types of equipment and construction materials.  I have also solicited, hired and collaborated with professionals in all types of trades while operating Coastal Green Homes for the past 13 years. I can interpret all types of mechanical and engineered drawings as well as work from sketches and verbal instructions. With GE, one of my tasks was to set up audio and visual communication equipment as well as utilize three-way communication over radio will under nuclear vessel. In a highly hazardous environment, it is easy to understand the importance of communication to insure everyone's safety. All my previous work experiences enable me to work as an integral part of a team or autonomously. Two skills that cannot be overlooked are organization and attitude. Maintaining an organized and clean work environment is the first task to insure success. I also believe that attitude and morals affect the efficiency of a job. One of the first complements I receive on a job is on my positive and encouraging attitude. I learned this from coaching little league locally. I quickly attain lead and directors positions not only due to my proficient mechanical skills, but because of my ability to coach and lead others. I know I would love the opportunity to pursue a career with Thomas Construction. Attached is my resume, where you will see my experience and skills are a perfect fit for this job.
