  • Acted as counsel for three (3) cross-portfolio public projects including: Project Sandy Bottom - the acquisition of nine (9) vessels to the fleet of the Royal Bahamas Defense Force and the expansion of their three ports around The Bahamas, Cellular Liberalization Project - the introduction of a second mobile licensee in the Bahamian market and the acquisition by the Government of majority equity in the same (including setting up two domestic companies, and assisting in the negotiation of a shareholder's agreement), Negotiation of the Management Services Agreement for the New Providence Landfill
