  • Comissioned a 30bbl Premier Stainless brewhouse as well as a 5bbl Premeier Stainless Brewhouse and a PSA 6 head canning line.
  • Designed all of the core beer brands in the Harland portfolio which included a Hazy IPA, West Coast IPA, Japanese Rice Lager, and a Blonde ale.
  • Managed all aspects of production from grain to glass including the packaging team.
  • Managed and negotiated all contracts for our raw materials including packaging materials.
  • Hired and grew our production team to produce 28,000 beer barrels annually
