• Daily monitoring on BMS systems regarding multiple critical systems.
• Performing preventative maintenance on all assets required.
• Assist Vendors during repairs / maintenance / closing work orders etc when needed.
• Ensuring that SLA demands are met and aren't broken.
• Breakfix in house if possible when issues arise with equipment on-site.
• Being a team player and doing the work that everyone shys away from. Attacking it. Take the hit for the guy next to me if need be to accomplish team goals.
• Willing to give up my weekends repeatedly to assist on days off when needed. Again, team player.
• Entering access windows for visitors, vendors
• Dealing with incidents on-site and following protocol correctly.
• Shipping / Receiving related duties per the customer
• Accountability
• Opening work orders for repairs etc when needed.
• Closing work orders when needed.
• Be Vigilant. Use your senses. Eyes, ears, nose, brain.

• Provide leadership and accountability while delivering the best possible service to my employer and the customer.
• Lead a crew of workers to success and be efficient in doing so when pertaining to completing a job or task for the company or customer alike. Both matter.
• Having fun. Keep my workers loose but ready to go and interested.
• Daily reports to my supervisors regarding job progress, crew performance, work vehicle maintenance, equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities included working on an active tarmac environment at Sky Harbor Airport unloading Cargo from Airplanes, Semi trailers, and sorting as well. Weekly training in safety and proper lifting etc.
