Accomplishments

Starting from September 21st 2017 I was hired as an outfeed driver in our press department KT. During my time in KT I became an expert as an infeed driver and assistant operator as well. In June of 2018 I transferred from KT to our flooring department for more opportunities. I started as a flooring infeed driver and moved to an assistant operator in only one month. After only one month as an Assistant Operator I was moved to Fub 3 Operator where most would say is the most difficult position to learn in our plant. Using my determination, and the tools and time given to me by Swiss Krono, I have been able to progress to a level it has taken others many more years to obtain. On March 16th, 2020, I became a level 2 operator meaning I am an expert of 49 machines in our department. Some of these machines there being 2 or 4 of them on each line. Since then I have become recognized as a leader on every crew and someone who completely lacks the concept of "that's not my job". I have consistently improved since being hired not only in production but also in safety We have safety courses each month in all categories from fire safety, to lock out tag out, to hot work and heat exhaustion and we must stay up to date on our courses each month.
