During this period, Airman Bennett authored a procedure change request that resulted in the correction of 6 discrepancies in a munitions technical order, ensuring the safety of 350 armament personnel across 4 MAJCOMs, bolstering the squadron's PACAF Maintenance Effectiveness Award and the Group's PACAF Daedalian Weapon System Maintenance Trophy. Furthermore, Airman Bennett competed in the first William Tell event in 19 years, where he contended against 9 load crews from 4 multi-generational platforms, and shared valuable munitions loading tactics and procedures, solidifying his coining by Hawaii's Adjutant General and the Weapons Section's Maintenance Group Team of the Year Award.
