My time between Ryerson and Dickmann manufacturing was devised at my personal growth in the metals industries. After getting to cut to length operator in the ware house at Ryerson and wanting to move to the laser operator i took a position at Dickmann Manufacturing. There i honed my skills and managed to get up and running on an oxygen laser in around 3 months without any prior training. My time there was spent learning the ins and outs of the laser as to push it to its max production and help service their largest customers. I then was asked to return to Ryerson to run their laser. Once i arrived the funding fell through and i immediately jumped at the opportunity to be in sales. I used my know knowledge i have collected in the metals industry to help achieve and exceed the sales goals in milwaukee Ryerson.
