Recommendationletter

Sharon Reeves, nanareeves@gmail.com, 11/06/2018, To whom it may concern- I was a patient of Heath Cheek today at Crown Imaging Nuclear Imaging Center. The professionalism and courtesy extended to me- prior to, during, and at the completion of my lengthy test, was fully demonstrated by Mr. Cheek. As a retired family nurse Practitioner, I recognized his level of competence and appreciated his expertise and great bedside manner. Sincerely, Sharon Reeves MS FNP ( retired)

First, they did inform us about the new policy when they called to confirm the appointment. Second, while trying to accommodate patients that complained about lack of privacy in the imaging area, they failed to accommodate patients that need a family member with them. The one shining star is Heath. He is an amazing man. He understands the importance of family. He honors his patients. He is kind and caring and puts both the patient and the family at ease. The world...and Crown Imaging...need more people like Heath.

He’s the nuclear medicine radiology technician. Very professional and made my 5 hour scan pleasant and fun! Great asset to crown imaging!!

Simply put, there was nothing that Crown Imaging could have done better to make my wife more comfortable, welcome, and at ease during her diagnostic appointment. Everything was top notch. Without question, Crown Imaging exceeded our expectations. Details follow: I want to especially call out Kenny and Heath. My wife hates needles and has tiny veins which of course makes "the Stick" an ordeal where it usually takes multiple stick and miss scenarios before getting the needle into a cooperating vein. Kenny, the Paramedic, was gentle and compassionate, a great listener and sensitive to my wife's fear. He spoke soothingly to my wife, putting her at ease and getting "the Stick" done quickly and efficiently. Heath, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist, was outstanding in his care for my wife. Like Kenny, Heath has wonderful people skills. He listened carefully to my wife and sensed her nervousness about the scan procedure. Heath spent the necessary time to give a clear overview of the procedure and the timeline. He anticipated and served every need, providing warm blankets, getting my wife a water bottle, helping her out of her chair and lending an arm to her for walks to/from the exam room. Heath even fetched my wife's book at her request, coming out to the waiting room to get her book from me so she'd have something to read while waiting for the procedure to start. Thank you Kenny and Heath, and thank you Crown Imaging for a most satisfactory customer experience.

I was helped by Heath Cheek, which was extremely knowledgeable and very caring throughout the entire process. They also sent the results to my Dr very quickly. Great experience overall.

I have been having some issues lately with my stomach. It is a 4 1/2 hour test which measures whether or not my food in my stomach is digesting properly with a picture taken every hour or so. Heath Cheek, the technician was a total gentleman who reached out his hand each time after taking images to help me off the table. He also always checked up on me in between the times for my next scan offering me a blanket and just checking on me. I really thought he was just very caring. I would visit this place again.
