Working with Garrick Terell was the best thing I did in my career as far as knowledge goes. I have always wanted to be a builder growing up and Garrick was the most reputable framing company I have worked for. He taught us the spec home aspect to big han-cut roof systems with custom homes. I was a lead with garrick and still am currently at All American Builder. I am comfortable reading plans and know what pace a job will be successful at after working with Garrick.

We did a lot of different things during my time at Sierra sustainable from new builds, remodels to building yurts out at Wylder Hope Valley, previously called Sorensons resort. Sierra sustainable molded me to become the carpenter I am today as far as doing it right the first time and not taking steps backwards. I framed my first house with them in Lake Shore Cove Unit #6 and then proceeded with the finish carpentry side at 3008 Oakland Ave. and many jobs in between those designer homes.

I started off as a apprentice carpenter which mainly included building small decks, fences, BMP's and all the entry aspects to construction.
